Job description

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible hours (must overlap with US business hours 1-2 times per week for meetings)

About the Company

Our client is a veteran-owned design company that is mission-driven and obsessed with the details. They specialize in creating customized products for those who serve—including military units, aerospace defense companies, and first responders. In their world, "good enough" doesn't exist; they win through great design, consistent communication, and a relentless commitment to error-free, on-time delivery. When you join, you aren’t just joining a design firm; you are joining a disciplined, high-performing team that operates on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you are the owner of the client’s revenue engine and the driving force behind both sales performance and fulfillment operations.

You won't just be setting strategy from a distance; you will be actively building a scalable sales structure, optimizing pipeline conversion, and ensuring every order is executed with disciplined precision. You are expected to own the company's revenue targets, empower Sales Supervisors to lead their teams, and foster a culture of extreme accountability without needing a roadmap handed to you.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Direction:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.

  • Establish scalable sales frameworks, structures, and processes that drive consistency and accountability across the organization.

  • Build and maintain a strong, balanced pipeline across all product teams and customer segments.

  • Define and track key sales metrics to ensure visibility, accountability, and performance alignment.

  • Champion a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day sales and order operations, ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process and accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

  • Monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and implement proactive corrective actions.

  • Drive initiatives to improve win rate, deal velocity, average order value (AOV), and fulfillment efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the Standards and Quality Team in ensuring CRM accuracy, data integrity, and disciplined pipeline management.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Admin and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency, win rate, and revenue outcomes.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors as primary drivers of team performance, ensuring they effectively manage, motivate, and enable their respective Sales Teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.

  • Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability structures at the Supervisor level, ensuring alignment cascades effectively across all Sales Teams.

  • Equip Sales Supervisors with the tools, frameworks, and coaching necessary to drive daily execution, pipeline management, performance discipline and accurate order processing and/or fulfillment.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and structured coaching sessions with Sales Supervisors, focusing on leadership effectiveness, team output, and KPI attainment.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, resilience, and results-driven execution, starting with Sales Supervisors and cascading throughout the entire sales organization.

Performance Management and Accountability:

  • Oversee KPI tracking through established Sales dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance cadences (Sales L10s, scorecards, business reviews).

  • Ensure alignment between individual performance and overall company revenue goals.

  • Drive forecast accuracy, ensure predictable revenue outcomes and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

Compliance and Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure adherence to standardized sales and order fulfillment processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales workflows for efficiency and scalability.

  • Implement process improvements to reduce friction, improve conversion rates, and enhance order fulfillment reliability.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement using data, feedback, and performance insights.

  • Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Performance-Driven Leadership: You have a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving measurable business results. Direct sales experience is a plus, but your core strength is mobilizing teams to consistently hit their targets.

  • Strategic Execution: You don't just dream up high-level strategies; you bring them to life. You know how to translate big-picture company goals into disciplined, high-level execution on the sales floor.

  • Elite Communicator: You communicate with clarity and impact. Whether negotiating, presenting, or aligning your team, your messaging is clear, persuasive, and focused on the objective.

  • Pipeline Mastery: You have a deep, tactical understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. You know exactly what levers to pull to maintain a predictable, healthy revenue engine.

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: You approach challenges with analytical rigor. You don’t just react to issues; you use data to anticipate bottlenecks, uncover insights, and engineer solutions before they impact the bottom line.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: You know how to rally teams outside of your direct command. You excel at collaborating and building consensus across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and order fulfillment.

  • Dynamic Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. When the operational landscape shifts, you pivot swiftly without losing momentum or compromising precision.

What We Offer
