About the Role: 

Motive is looking for a Senior Enablement Operations Manager to build the systems and operating model that help Revenue Enablement scale. This role will own the connective tissue between enablement strategy, technology, content and learning operations, analytics, automation, and field adoption.

You will lead high-impact platform and process initiatives across the enablement ecosystem, including the transition from legacy workflows to the next generation of processes. You will turn complex, cross-functional needs into clear operating models, decision frameworks, plans, governance standards, and measurable adoption programs.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move between strategy and execution: framing the problem, aligning stakeholders, designing the operating model, managing dependencies, and ensuring the solution works for the teams who use it.

What You’ll Do: 

• Own the Enablement Operations portfolio, including intake, prioritization, initiative tiers, planning, health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and report-outs.
• Lead or serve as the operating lead for selected strategic programs from framing through launch, adoption, measurement, and transition.
• Build reusable playbooks for product and maintenance launches, system rollouts, communications, training, hypercare, intervention, and feedback.
• Establish leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready updates that connect activity to readiness, adoption, and business impact.
• Coordinate systems and data dependencies across enablement tools, communications, and reporting tools.
• Partner with program owners on adoption, product enablement, maintenance, scaled programs, AI automation, eLearning governance, competitive intelligence, and field feedback.
• Identify and deliver automation and AI opportunities that reduce manual coordination, reporting, communications, activation, and support work.
• Create operating rhythms and decision rights that help cross-functional teams resolve tradeoffs and move work forward.
• Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Product, PMM, Sales, Customer Education, Support, and field leaders to align requirements and manage projects and programs.
• Influence without relying on authority, bring structure to ambiguity, and communicate clearly with executives, program owners, technical partners, and end users.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience leading strategic programs, portfolio operations, enablement operations, revenue productivity systems, GTM technology, learning technology, content operations, or a closely related enterprise operations function.
• A track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Experience designing operating models, governance, intake processes, service models, or lifecycle standards for systems, content, learning, or business processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS administration and integrations, including permissions, data flows, reporting, workflow automation, and user adoption.
• Ability to use data to identify operational problems, define meaningful measures, and communicate progress and tradeoffs.
• Experience working with vendors, procurement, security, legal, finance, and internal technical partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor a message for executives, technical partners, program owners, and end users.
• Demonstrated judgment, ownership, and ability to make progress in ambiguous or changing environments.
