Akamai is seeking an intern to join our Sales Tools and Support team. This team serves as the Architects of the GTM Ecosystem, bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical execution. We operationalize business architecture through the design, definition, and governance of the tools that power our global sales force.

Partner with the best 

As a Business Operations intern, you will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Programs and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing data hygiene, researching agentic use cases that will benefit our go-to-market teams and improving business processes in the Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal applications. 

Make an impact in a fast-paced, visionary role 

As a Business Operations intern, you will focus on the management of our "Source of Truth" while researching the next generation of sales productivity. You will work across our three pillars: Velocity, Data Integrity, and Knowledge Liquidity.

As a Business Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal integrity by identifying inconsistencies and implementing scalable clean-up frameworks.
• Researching and ideating "Agentic AI" use cases (Agentforce) to reduce administrative workload for sales representatives.
• Creating Salesforce dashboards and Tableau Next visualizations to provide leadership with actionable, fact-based insights.
• Designing repeatable processes and evaluating API integration opportunities to streamline deal registration and pipeline visibility.
• Facilitating feedback collection on Salesforce "Dynamic Forms" to simplify the internal user experience for our global sellers.
• Authoring and maintaining high-quality documentation. You will ensure that our GTM Playbook is up-to-date, making complex system workflows easy for global stakeholders to understand and execute.

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• Move beyond just "reading data" to identifying the "Why" behind the numbers, recommending structural changes that align with our 2026 Roadmap.
• Show an obsession with how emerging tech (like Agentforce) can transform a global GTM ecosystem.
• Build bridges across Sales Ops, IT, and Product, proving you can navigate a complex global organization with confidence.
• Value the "Long Game" by creating world-class documentation that ensures your contributions remain a "Source of Truth" long after your internship ends.

●      ضمان تكامل بيانات Salesforce CRM وPartner Portal عبر رصد التناقضات وتنفيذ أطر تنظيف بيانات قابلة للتطوير.

●      البحث في حالات استخدام "الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيل (Agentic AI)" وابتكارها (‏Agentforce‏) بهدف تقليل الأعباء الإدارية على مندوبي المبيعات.

●      إنشاء لوحات معلومات في Salesforce وتصوّرات باستخدام Tableau Next لتزويد القادة برؤى قابلة للتنفيذ قائمة على الحقائق.

●      تصميم عمليات قابلة للتكرار وتقييم فرص تكامل واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (API) لتبسيط تسجيل الصفقات وتعزيز وضوح مسار المبيعات.

●      تسهيل جمع الملاحظات حول "Dynamic Forms" في Salesforce بهدف تبسيط تجربة المستخدم الداخلية للبائعين التابعين لنا على مستوى العالم.

●      صياغة وثائق احترافية عالية الجودة والحفاظ عليها. ستتولى التأكد من أن دليل خطط دخول السوق محدّثًا، ما يسهّل فهمه وتنفيذه للأطراف المعنية على مستوى العالم.

●      تكون مسجلاً حاليًا في برنامج الإجازة أو الماجستير مع تاريخ تخرج في ديسمبر 2026 أو بعده.
