Als Senior Procurement Manager (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Sourcing bist du die Person, die genau diese Partner findet, auswählt und langfristig mit uns aufbaut. Du verantwortest unseren gesamten Strategic Sourcing Prozess, von der ersten Supplier-Recherche über Produkt- und Lieferantenvalidierung bis hin zu Preisverhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüssen und dem Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften. 

 
Deine Rolle & dein Impact ⚡️

Dein Fokus: Internationales Supplier Sourcing (Schwerpunkt Asien). Du findest die besten Hersteller, verhandelst starke Konditionen und baust eine belastbare Lieferantenstruktur für maximale Qualität und Marge auf. Gemeinsam mit Schnittstellen wie Product, SCM und Regulatory machst du unsere Produkte global skalierbar und compliant.


Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Selection

  • Aufbau und Steuerung unserer globalen Supplier Sourcing Pipeline

  • Identifikation und Auswahl der besten Hersteller und Produktionspartner

  • Bewertung von Lieferanten gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern

  • Strukturierte Auswahlprozesse inklusive Produkt-, Procurement- und Regulatory-Validierung

    • Negotiation & Supplier Partnerships

  • Verhandlung von Preisen, MOQs, Zahlungsbedingungen und Incoterms

  • Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Vertragsmanagement

  • Aufbau langfristiger strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften

  • Sicherstellung wirtschaftlich sinnvoller Konditionen für neue und bestehende Produkte

    • Supplier Strategy & Risk Management

  • Entwicklung von Category- und Commodity-Strategien

  • Bewertung von Risiken wie Single Sourcing, Länder-Risiken oder regulatorischen Risiken

  • Aufbau einer stabilen, skalierbaren Supplier-Struktur mit mehreren Produktionspartnern

  • Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen

    • Cost Optimization & Supplier Performance

  • Aufbau und Steuerung eines Supplier Performance Managements (Qualität, OTIF, Kosten, Service)

  • Analyse von Kostenstrukturen (Cost Breakdown / Should-Cost Modelle)

  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen

  • Sicherstellung von Sustainability- und Compliance-Anforderungen


    • Erfolgskennzahlen deiner Rolle

    Du steuerst deine Arbeit aktiv anhand klarer KPIs:

  • Product availability rate

  • Purchase Price Variance (PPV)

  • Savings vs. Prior Year

  • Payment Terms

  • Supplier Dependency Ratio

  • OTIF Supplier (On-Time-In-Full Supplier Delivery Performance)

  • Stakeholder Management: Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Herstellern

  • Digital & hands on: Hands-on Mentalität und Lust, Dinge wirklich aufzubauen
