Job Description:

The Logistics Technician is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and finished goods through receiving, warehouse, and shipping operations. This role performs a variety of logistics activities including receiving and inspection of incoming items, processing shipments and returns, packaging high-value technical products, inventory transactions, and work order support. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive high-tech equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, equipment, and customer returns, ensuring accurate verification against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.

• Process inventory transactions within ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory and traceability.

• Prepare and package high-value semiconductor, electronic, and precision manufacturing products for domestic and international shipment.

• Coordinate outbound shipments using approved carriers and shipping methods while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.

• Create shipping documentation, labels, export paperwork, and other logistics records as required.

• Process Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs) and support return logistics activities.

• Pick, stage, and issue materials to support manufacturing work orders and operational needs.

• Perform cycle counting and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Handle materials safely while following ESD, safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

• Maintain organized warehouse, stockroom, and shipping areas.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Engineering teams to resolve shipping and inventory issues.

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or materials handling in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience handling high-value electronic, semiconductor, or precision equipment preferred.

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse procedures.

• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.

• Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain detailed records.

• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read work orders, shipping instructions, and inventory documentation.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to established company limits and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions:

• Regular interaction with warehouse, manufacturing, and office personnel.

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, packing, and material handling.

• Use of pallet jacks, shipping equipment, barcode scanners, and packaging tools.

• Exposure to warehouse and manufacturing environments while following all applicable safety procedures.

Pay Range:

$18.80 - $24.68

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $18.80 and $24.68 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
