  • Five to seven years of experience in administration, office management, operations, executive support, event coordination, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, associations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and follow through on commitments.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, logistics, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with executives, board members, physicians, members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom. Experience using membership databases, contact management systems, registration platforms, financial systems, or similar business software is preferred.
  • Experience supporting executives, boards, committees, member organizations, or volunteer leadership groups is a plus.
