We’ve been around since 2006 and in that time frame, we have successfully completed 400+ projects and have become a partner of choice for EA, Sony, Disney, Rovio, Ubisoft, and many other companies.

Our #ilogos_team unites professionals that love, live and breathe games we dare say. This is a place where you’ll find freedom of action and where bureaucracy and micromanagement are unheard of. Now we are growing rapidly and looking for professionals to join the team.

  • Make your personal contribution to the games millions of people are playing;

  • Develop yourself professionally in an atmosphere of trust and support;

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world on your own schedule;

  • Get your support from teammates and the company.

Growth Opportunity

The initial focus of this role is art leadership for the mobile shooter project.

Following a successful collaboration on the project, there may be an opportunity to gradually expand the role and take on part of the company-level art responsibilities, including presales, hiring and evaluation of artists, team development, and supporting the overall art direction and processes across the company.

We are looking for an experienced Art Lead to define and drive the visual direction of a mobile shooter project and oversee the full art production cycle.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strong artistic judgment with effective team management — setting the visual bar, making independent creative decisions, and ensuring consistent quality throughout production.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in game art, including experience as an Art Lead, Lead Artist, Art Director, or in a comparable leadership role

  • Experience working on mobile shooter games

  • Strong artistic background and ability to make independent visual and creative decisions

  • Strong understanding of the full game art pipeline, from concept to final implementation

  • Ability to assess quality across 2D, 3D, animation, UI, VFX, and related disciplines

  • Strong experience with stylized 3D

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary art teams and conducting constructive art reviews

  • Solid understanding of real-time graphics, optimization, and technical constraints

  • Experience with task scoping, estimation, workload planning, and production coordination

  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present and defend artistic decisions

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional game development teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience in outsourcing or service-based game development

  • Hands-on experience with Unity and/or Unreal Engine

  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar production tools

What the role is about:

  • Define and develop the project’s visual direction, principles, and production guidelines

  • Create and maintain the Art Bible

  • Lead and coordinate specialists across Concept Art, 2D/3D, Animation, UI/UX, VFX, and Technical Art

  • Conduct art reviews, provide clear and actionable feedback, and maintain quality standards

  • Ensure visual consistency across characters, environments, weapons, VFX, UI, and other game content

  • Plan and break down art production tasks, estimate scope, and monitor timelines and workload

  • Collaborate closely with Game Design, Development, and Production teams

  • Identify artistic and production challenges early and find practical solutions

  • Balance visual quality, readability, technical limitations, and performance requirements

  • Mentor and support artists throughout production
