What You'll Get To Do:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Functional & Technical Integration Lead to spearhead the implementation and integration of core Supply Chain systems while supporting the broader logistics technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business operations, IT, and external solution providers, ensuring successful deployment of Blue Yonder WMS while also supporting transportation visibility, freight payment, track-and-trace, and other logistics execution platforms. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on WMS implementation and integration activities, while 25% will support ongoing logistics application management, continuous improvement initiatives, and future system modernization efforts
Requirements Gathering & Functional Design
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and finance teams to capture end-to-end logistics and functional requirements.
- Review Documented business processes, operational workflows, and edge-case exceptions to ensure the target architecture fully supports business needs.
- Analyze operational requirements specifically related to warehouse management, automated dimensioning, freight transportation, and financial auditing.
Integration Architecture & Data Mapping
- Translate approved functional requirements into high-quality technical integration specifications, data contracts, and source-to-target mapping documents.
- Define API payloads, IDoc structures, EDI transactions, and flat-file layouts required for cross-system communication.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Systems Integrator (SI) partner, handing over structured data mappings and clarifying logic to ensure flawless execution.
Multi-System Ecosystem Management
- Ensure robust, real-time, or batch data flowing seamlessly across the following specific integrated platforms:
- ERP to WMS: Master data, purchase orders, inbound deliveries, sales orders, and outbound deliveries between SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder WMS.
- Automation: Warehouse receiving and shipping integration with the Rice Lake Dimensioner to capture weights, dimensions, and cube data for real-time inventory and shipping accuracy.
- Transportation: End-to-end execution, carrier assignment, rating, and status updates flowing between Blue Yonder WMS/SAP and C.H. Robinson (CHR) TMS.
- Financials & Claims: Integration of shipping and receiving discrepancies into internal Claims processes and third-party Freight Pay & Audit systems.
- Visibility: Mile-by-mile data stream integration into our Track and Trace platform for proactive milestone alerts.
Testing, Governance & Hypercare Support
- Define the end-to-end integration testing strategy, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Validate data integrity across systems during mock cutovers and go-live deployment phases.
- Identify, triage, and resolve complex integration errors or data mismatch defects during the build and hypercare support windows.
Continuous Improvement & Logistics Solutions Support
- Serve as a functional and technical analyst supporting the ongoing operation, enhancement, and future replacement of key logistics technologies beyond the WMS platform.
- Provide production support, requirements analysis, and integration oversight for transportation visibility, carrier freight payment, freight audit, track-and-trace, and other logistics execution systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and leverage Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices to optimize logistics operations and system utilization.
- Analyze current-state logistics processes and support future-state technology roadmap initiatives, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of replacement transportation and logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, and IT teams to drive process standardization, automation opportunities, and system rationalization efforts.
- Support vendor management activities, solution assessments, proof-of-concepts, and business case development for emerging logistics technologies.

What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen principles, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement frameworks.
- WMS/ERP Expertise: Minimum 5–7 years of experience working closely with Blue Yonder WMS implementations, with a deep understanding of its core integration touchpoints.
- SAP Ecosystem: Proven experience integrating downstream supply chain systems with SAP S/4HANA (specifically utilizing IDocs, BAPIs, standard OData APIs, and modules like MM, SD, or LE).
- Integration Background: Strong expertise writing functional/technical specifications, API specifications, and complex data mapping matrices. Experience with middleware technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Boomi) is highly preferred.
- Logistics Tools: Prior experience working with Tier-1 Transportation Management Systems (specifically C.H. Robinson TMS or similar), Freight Audit workflows, and automated warehouse hardware (such as dimensioners/scales).
- Vendor Management: Demonstrated success working alongside external Systems Integrator (SI) development models, ensuring deliverables align with strict technical specs.
- Experience supporting or implementing logistics and transportation technology platforms such as:
- Freight Payment and Audit systems
- Transportation Visibility / Track & Trace platforms
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Yard Management Systems (YMS)
- Carrier Connectivity Networks
- Supply Chain Control Towers
- Logistics Analytics and Reporting solutions
Other Requirements:
- Can be remote but may require travel upto 20% of the time.

The wage range of $145,000 - $155,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
