Teaching Assistant - Analytics with AI | Part-Time | Kannada

About the Role

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Analytics with AI to support learners throughout their learning journey.

In this role, you will work closely with faculty and learners to provide real-time academic support, clarify concepts, resolve doubts, evaluate assignments and projects, and help learners apply analytics concepts to practical, real-world problems.

This is a contractual, part-time opportunity, with compensation based on the scope of work and deliverables outlined in the MOU.

Schedule & Availability

As our programs are designed for working professionals and students, candidates should be available during:

• Weekdays: 8:00 PM onwards

• Weekends: Flexible availability during the day

• Language: Strong spoken Kannada is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time academic support to learners during live classes through chat and other communication channels.

• Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions in Kannada.

• Explain complex analytics and technical concepts in a simple, structured, and learner-friendly manner.

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to learners who require additional academic support.

• Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

• Help learners troubleshoot technical and analytical problems.

• Guide learners in applying analytics concepts to practical, real-world scenarios.

• Monitor batch progress and learner engagement and identify areas requiring additional support.

• Share learner feedback, challenges, and observations with faculty and the curriculum team.

Technical Skills & Subject Knowledge

Candidates should have strong knowledge of Data Analytics and related technologies, with hands-on experience in the following areas:

Data & Analytics

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis

• Data cleaning and data wrangling

• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

• Statistical analysis

• Hypothesis testing

Databases

• SQL

• Joins, subqueries, and complex queries

• Data extraction and manipulation

Programming

• Python or R

• Data manipulation and analysis

• Relevant analytics libraries and frameworks

Data Visualization

• Tableau

• Power BI

• Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn

• Dashboard creation and data storytelling

Additional Knowledge

• Fundamentals of Machine Learning

• Data-driven problem-solving

• Data interpretation and insight generation

• Working with real-world datasets

• Basics of applying AI to analytics use cases
