Influencer Coordinator
Position Location: Remote 
Reports to: Senior Influencer Manager, Creator + Community

About SkinnyDipped

Located in Seattle, SkinnyDipped was founded by a mom, her daughter, and two best friends after realizing that nothing is more important than time spent with the ones you love. Starting out of their kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. We are a women-led company driven by the belief that healthy snacking should make both you and your body happy.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across influencer marketing, including

creator outreach and gifting, UGC, event gifting, college activations, and campaign

management. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Marketing Lead to support creator

campaigns, develop briefs, and identify opportunities that align with SkinnyDipped’s

brand and audience. You’ll use platforms like Tribe to discover and vet creators,

manage creator campaigns, track performance, and pull reporting and insights. You’ll

use OnBrand to support product seeding and event gifting, and work with Home From

College (H/FC) on smaller scale campaigns, college activations, and brand ambassador

programs. You’ll also gain exposure to paid media and creative strategy, using

performance insights to help shape creator briefs and content. This role is ideal for

someone passionate about social media, digital culture, creators, and the ever-evolving

influencer landscape.


What You’ll Do
  • Creator Research & Gifting: Find creators who are a natural fit for the
  • SkinnyDipped brand and consistently reach out to 200+ creators per week for

    gifting opportunities.

  • Gifting Operations: Manage the gifting process end to end, including creator
  • outreach, collecting shipping information, maintaining accurate gifting records,

    coordinating shipments, and tracking deliveries and follow-ups.

  • Creator & Content Tracking: Maintain gifting history, track gifted content and
  • creator engagement, and assist with reporting and follow-up as needed.

  • Event Gifting & Fulfillment: Manage event gifting through OnBrand,
  • thoughtfully evaluating and prioritizing events that align with SkinnyDipped’s

    brand and gifting goals. Work closely with Logical to ensure event orders are

    accrately processed and fulfilled on time.

  • UGC Creator Management: Support UGC creator initiatives by leading
  • communication with pre contracted creators, providing monthly creative briefs,

    coordinating content deliverables, and reviewing and approving content to ensure

    it aligns with SkinnyDipped’s brand standards.

  • Creative & Paid Media Alignment: Participate in paid media calls to understand
  • which creative concepts and content are performing well, and apply those

    learnings when developing creator briefs. Work closely with the Influencer

    Marketing Lead to develop creative direction, align on creator selection, and

    ensure UGC supports broader influencer and marketing goals.

  • H/FC Campaigns & College Activations: Utilize Home From College (H/FC)
  • for smaller-scale campaigns, college activations, and brand ambassador

    initiatives. Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Lead to develop, execute,

    and manage campaigns from planning through completion.

  • Tribe Management: Own the Tribe platform and stay on top of monthly
  • campaigns, including reviewing & identifying new creators, and managing gifting

    through the platform. Monitor creator and brand activity to stay informed on

    trends and understand how other brands are leveraging creators and gifting.

  • Reporting & Insights: Provide quarterly gifting reports and work closely with the
  •          Influencer Marketing Lead to develop quarterly influencer reports, tracking key

    performance metrics and identifying trends and insights. Maintain the ability to

    quickly pull performance reports and insights from Tribe as needed, including

    monthly creator performance, campaign results, and other influencer activity to

    support decision-making.
