Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Suite Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance integration flows across our enterprise software footprint. The ideal candidate will architect robust application-to-application (A2A) and business-to-business (B2B) pipelines, securely connecting core SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) with cloud applications and third-party networks using SAP Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and configure end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) within SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
  • Develop complex data transformations and mappings utilizing Graphical Mapping, XSLT, JavaScript, and Groovy Scripting to translate disparate enterprise data formats.
  • Configure diverse adapter protocols, including REST/OData, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, AMQP, and SuccessFactors adapters, ensuring secure and transactional message delivery.
  • Implement robust exception handling frameworks, custom alerting schemas, and message retry patterns across integration pipelines to maximize data delivery reliability.
  • Secure integration endpoints, configuring OAuth 2.0 authentication loops, SSL/TLS certificate exchanges, digital signatures, and cryptographic payload handling.
  • Manage API lifecycles within SAP API Management, configuring custom rate-limiting policies, security routing parameters, and performance tracking interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot processing failures and runtime bottlenecks, evaluating message processing logs (MPL), debugging trace payloads, and optimizing high-volume batch data structures.



Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of core middleware engineering experience, with 4+ dedicated years actively designing and deploying integrations within the SAP CPI or PI/PO ecosystems.
  • Strong technical mastery of Groovy scripting, XML/JSON parsing, XSLT mapping engines, security artifact handling, and SAP standard IDoc structure layers.
  • Deep structural understanding of synchronous vs. asynchronous processing patterns, API governance limits, and transactional messaging integrity frameworks.
  • Mandatory certification: SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Integration Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing on-premise to cloud migration tracks (e.g., migrating legacy SAP PI/PO dual-stack mappings over to SAP CPI iFlows).
  • Familiarity with event-driven integration architectures leveraging SAP Event Mesh or external messaging brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
