What's the position?
The Senior Director – Content Strategy is the single, full-time owner of casino content strategy for Hard Rock Digital, across every state/territory we operate in.
The role sits at the centre of the casino content ecosystem — game portfolio strategy, supplier and IP sourcing, and the increasingly important link between digital casino content and land-based (property) gaming. It reports directly to the VP, Casino Commercial, and works day to day alongside the Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games functions without managing them.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Single Source of Truth
Own the single source of truth for casino content strategy across Florida (PMR), New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario and Mexico — one roadmap, one prioritisation view.
Build and maintain a rolling content roadmap across slots, live casino, table games, jackpots, and branded/exclusive content, sequenced against certification and launch timelines in each market.
Present a quarterly content strategy review to the business— findings, roadmap performance, and updated priorities.
Content Sourcing & IP
Lead content-release tasks end to end: securing IP, briefing suppliers on branded and exclusive games, and managing multiple concurrent content sources against a single delivery calendar.
Identify and prioritise exclusivity opportunities, timed-exclusive windows, and bespoke content deals across our supplier base (including Playtech, Games Global, Section 8, AGS, Bragg Studios, and direct-integration partners).
Bring order to the PMR Florida content strategy specifically — track a shifting supplier landscape, apply one consistent evaluation and prioritisation framework, and be the named point of accountability.
Property Gaming & Omni Content Relationship
Close the content-to-property gaming gap: build and hold an ongoing working relationship with property-side gaming leadership — the VPs and leads for slots and table games at key Hard Rock properties — and with the supplier management function inside Hard Rock International that governs land-based game content.
This is distinct from the existing Hard Rock Properties Omni team, which is focused on activation (staffing, sign-up drives, digital events, signage) rather than games. This role is the games-side counterpart that team does not have today.
Align key digital content releases to land-based release moments so that both sides of a launch are coordinated and monetised together — this is a particular priority in Florida, where many of the titles already secured from key partners are Omni titles by design.
Supplier & Portfolio Performance
Monitor player engagement and portfolio mix across all markets, working closely with Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games.
Track costs and implement a cost efficient content framework.
Maintain a mandatory input right on content decisions made by the Supplier Relations, Slots & Jackpots, and Live Dealer & Table Games functions, ensuring every decision is made against the same strategic roadmap.
