Job Description

We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. Please note that we are not currently hiring fully remote positions.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level Automation Analyst to join our Automation Support team. Support analysts primarily answer automation questions from the agencies who sell our insurance on the phone or through a web chat.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• High level of computer skills
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
• Great customer service attitude
• Insurance and/or agency experience is preferred, but not required
