As an Offensive Security Researcher, you will be tasked with proactively researching the newest and most sophisticated attack techniques and working closely with some of the best security researchers in the industry to shape the future of cyber security. You will bring curiosity, persistence, and a drive to leave no stone unturned in the search for the next bypass. By being part of our team, your work will impact protection of tens of millions of customer endpoints worldwide, incl. 4 of Fortune10 and hundreds of Global2000, and you will have a chance to work on a industry-leading endpoint security product (recognized 6x in-a-row as Gartner Leaders, scoring highly in Mitre Att&ck, in Frost Radar, SE Labs and by others).

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Proactively research and deeply understand the internals of the newest and most sophisticated attack techniques and exploits, and emulate these attacks to assess and improve our detection engines (incl. designing detections and writing behavioural detection signatures).
• Build tools to support detection assessments, create proofs of concept for the newest techniques and exploits, and develop automation flows to automate unconventional attacks and offensive frameworks.
• Work closely with the Threat Intelligence team and the research and engineering detection teams to provide guidance and highlight gaps in detection and visibility capabilities.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of experience in Red Teaming / Security Research / Offensive Research with a deep understanding of Windows internals.
• Hands-on experience with coding in Python and C/C++.
• Deep understanding of the malware world (how malware operates, infamous families, evasion and exploitation techniques).
• Experience in malware analysis (statically and dynamically) and reverse engineering (x86/x64)
• Understanding of existing EDRs internals.
• Experience writing detection signatures.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI workflows for malware analysis and detection engineering tasks (reverse engineering, code auditing, signature writing).
• Proven track record of conference speaking at security conferences or publications is an advantage

Salary starting from 3500 EUR/month. Annual bonus based on company performance, paid in two installments. The final base salary may be adjusted based on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
