  • Serve as a liaison for student engagement initiatives, coordinating relationships with educational institutions, student organizations, and internal partners to support early-career awareness, community engagement, and emerging talent programs.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Social Media, Talent Acquisition, and internal stakeholders to develop compelling talent brand and social impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels, coordinating campaigns and content calendars to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency; create engaging recruitment marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and candidate-facing experiences that communicate what makes SentinelOne a compelling place to build a career.
  • Manage and optimize our employer presence on Glassdoor and Indeed, including employer profiles, reputation management, content updates, employee review insights, and opportunities to strengthen candidate perception.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations, visual narratives, and creative assets that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for talent brand campaigns, social impact programs, and leadership audiences.
  • Apply AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen content creation, research, storytelling, campaign planning, analytics, and workflow efficiency, identifying opportunities to use AI to improve the quality, speed, personalization, and impact of talent brand and social impact initiatives.
  • Partner with Internal Communications, People Team leaders, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other stakeholders to amplify employee experiences, culture, recognition, and community impact through coordinated storytelling and communications; manage multiple initiatives, creative workflows, agency relationships, budgets, and deadlines while using data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and business impact.
