Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Integration & Data Migration Lead

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a seasoned EAM Integration & Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration and integration strategy for enterprise-scale asset management transformations. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, translating complex EAM requirements into robust ETL pipelines, mapping specifications, and data governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading multi-cycle data migrations across major EAM platforms (such as SAP PM/S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM) alongside hands-on expertise in data profiling, transformation, and production cutover execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Migration Strategy & Execution Leadership: Lead end-to-end EAM data migration workstreams for global/template roll-outs, managing multi-cycle mock loads, rehearsal iterations, reconciliation, and final production cutovers.
  

• Technical ETL & Data Engineering: Design, build, and oversee data profiling, cleansing, and transformation logic using ETL tools (DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, or equivalent) to ensure seamless data flows and high data quality.
  

• Domain & Process Alignment: Apply deep functional expertise in core EAM processes—including Asset Lifecycle, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Inventory/Parts Management—to translate business needs into audit-ready migration rules and mapping specifications.
  

• Fit-Gap & Data Quality Governance: Conduct fit-gap analyses, assess source/target data quality, and establish data profiling and validation rules to minimize risks during enterprise system transitions.
  

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison aligning business leads, functional consultants, technical developers, and data governance teams across complex, matrixed transformation programs.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Total Experience: 10+ years of experience leading EAM/ERP transformation and large-scale data migration programs.
  

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major EAM ecosystem (SAP PM / S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM/EBS).
  

• Technical & Tooling Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data profiling, transformation, and validation, combined with hands-on experience using ETL/Migration platforms (DSP, SAP BODS, or similar enterprise data migration tooling).
  

• Core EAM Master Data Knowledge: Expert understanding of Asset Master Data, Maintenance Master Data, Work Management structures, and Inventory/Materials setups.
  

• Cutover & Rehearsal Mastery: Demonstrated history of managing multi-cycle mock migration runs, error resolution, automated reconciliation, and go-live cutover plans.
  

• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with proven ability to lead technical teams and present complex data strategies to business leadership.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in SAP PM/EAM, Oracle, IBM Maximo, or specialized enterprise data migration tools.
