Business Systems Analyst IV

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst IV opening for our client.

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Enterprise Capacity Management Program through cross-domain reporting, governance coordination, and analytics.

• Partner with technology teams to collect, validate, and align capacity and demand data, including utilization trends, forecasts, risks, and constraints.

• Aggregate data and develop standardized dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level materials for leadership and governance forums.

• Coordinate and facilitate capacity management working groups, governance meetings, and steering committees; document decisions, actions, and follow-ups.

• Analyze capacity data to identify trends, risks, constraints, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, architecture, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and improve data quality and consistency.

• Support capacity management standards, processes, reporting structures, and onboarding of new technology domains.

• Identify process and reporting gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen program maturity.

• Ensure project and program activities comply with applicable technology standards, risk controls, regulatory requirements, and governance processes.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional lead and subject matter expert for moderately complex to complex capacity management initiatives.

• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and translate business and technology requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.

• Manage multiple priorities, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise environment.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

• Support testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities as needed.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

• No direct supervisory responsibility.

• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced analysts and team members.

• Coordinate activities across multiple technology domains and project teams.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience working in enterprise IT, infrastructure, operations, or technology environments.

• Strong experience analyzing, aggregating, and interpreting data from multiple sources.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.

• Experience facilitating meetings, governance forums, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related reporting, spreadsheet, and project management tools.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Experience with capacity management, capacity planning, forecasting, demand management, observability, or enterprise monitoring.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, FFIEC, or related technology governance frameworks.

• Knowledge of application frameworks, integrated systems, data mapping, and enterprise technology environments.

• Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple applications, technology teams, and business units.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, recognize project milestones, recommend solutions, and effectively present to all levels of management.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $29.90 - $49.84/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
