Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Lead Software Developer – Salesforce (P3) to join our technology team.

In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions that support critical business capabilities. You will work across Salesforce environments, build scalable integrations, contribute to CI/CD practices, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and re-engineer complex Salesforce application components and reusable solutions across Salesforce environments.
• Design and build complex integrations with Salesforce GovCloud.
• Develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with the evolving Salesforce platform.
• Create high-quality technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Participate in executing and continuously improving CI/CD processes for Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including user-story grooming, sprint planning, and delivery discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, including:
  • Fields and objects
  • Validation rules
  • Workflow rules
  • Process automation
  • Reports and dashboards
• Configure and administer Salesforce CPQ, including:
  • Product rules
  • Price rules
  • Approval processes
  • Document generation
  • Dynamic options
• Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing Salesforce features.
• Participate in usability testing, research, and interpretation of data analytics to continuously improve solutions.
• Support implementations, upgrades, releases, and production support activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable technical, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications You Must Have

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven development experience with:
  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning
  • HTML5
  • JavaScript
  • CSS
• Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, and Apex callouts.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities.
• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as:
  • VS Code
  • Force.com IDE
  • Change Sets
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.
• Experience with automation/testing tools such as Selenium.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working on implementations, upgrades, releases, and production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce business processes including Opportunities, Products, and Cases.
• Commitment to technical compliance and engineering best practices.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / DEV 501 certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Systems Administrator certification.
• Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce GovCloud integrations.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently.
• Passion for learning new Salesforce capabilities and recommending opportunities for platform improvement.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed/global teams.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered where applicable.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
