Admissions Consultant 

Location: Santiago, Chile (remote)

The impact you will make:
As an Admissions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Admissions team – the heart of our company’s revenue engine. Your mission: engage with talented applicants, conduct interviews to assess their potential, and ignite their passion for our international internship programs.

This is more than just evaluating eligibility; it’s about inspiring candidates to take the next step in their careers and being part of a team that drives the company’s success. With your expertise in consultative sales, every conversation will help shape futures and fuel our growth.

  • Leverage tools effectively: Use platforms like Gmail, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar to manage communication seamlessly.
  • Manage your pipeline: Maintain organized and efficient applicant follow-ups using proven communication strategies.
  • Be responsive: Ensure prompt replies to inquiries, aiming for responses within 24 hours.
  • Stay ahead: Continuously enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques through learning and training.
  • Embrace feedback: Apply insights from training sessions, call shadowing, and reviews to improve your approach.
  • Collaborate and share: Work closely with team members to share best practices and support each other’s success.
  • Coordinate across teams: Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Exceptional phone skills with a professional, persuasive manner and strong emotional intelligence.

  • Proven ability to hit targets and think creatively to achieve goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness.
