Our Client 

In this role, you will be assigned to our Australian-based client. They provide innovative energy management and emissions solutions to the mining, agriculture, transport, construction and oil industries. The team believes that better-handled fuel means better outcomes for all concerned, and they are devoted to providing end-to-end solutions resulting in genuine cost savings for their customers and enabling them to transition to a cleaner energy future. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate employee mobilization to client locations, including travel, inductions, accommodation, and client documentation.
  • Troubleshoot mobilization issues and maintain employee records on client portals to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the company training matrix, including training, medicals, and recordkeeping.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline mobilization and training procedures.
  • Develop an understanding of company capabilities, capacity, and services.
  • Comply with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Conduct task risk assessments using tools such as Take5 and JSA.
  • Report hazards, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances promptly.
  • Participate in training, HSEQ consultations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use required PPE, maintain fitness for work, and promote a safe workplace.
  • Work respectfully with colleagues and customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business information.
  • Stop work and report potential safety risks when identified.
  • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Your Background 

  • Experience mobilizing team members in the resource sector and responding to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing training, including scheduling and recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, compliance, and induction platforms, as well as Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel).
  • Adaptable to client requirements and portals, with a process-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible, calm under pressure, and committed to accuracy and customer service.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training as required.

Compensation: Php 45,000 to Php 65,000
