Job description

Location: Remote - Guadalajara

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Salesloft, our Senior Data Engineers build the pipelines and infrastructure that move, transform, and secure data across the company. You will build the data foundations that power our security analytics, internal reporting, and the trustworthy data flows the business depends on — engineering pipelines that are reliable, well-governed, and built to scale.

This is a hands-on data engineering role with real ownership. You will design and build data pipelines, model data for analytics and security use cases, and ensure data quality and governance across the systems you own. Working within our Security and data organization, you will engineer data infrastructure that treats security, privacy, and reliability as first-class requirements.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that move and transform data across systems reliably.
  • Model and structure data for analytics, reporting, and security use cases.
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the pipelines and datasets you own.
  • Build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers security analytics and internal decision-making.
  • Partner with security, analytics, and business teams to deliver trustworthy, well-governed data.
  • Automate and harden data workflows, treating reliability and security as first-class concerns.

This role lives at the heart of how we Make Your Mark: you'll build durable, well-governed data infrastructure and fix root causes of data quality issues rather than patching pipelines each time they break. And in the spirit of how we are Customer Inspired — where every decision has a true north, and it's our customer — you'll engineer data flows that respect the security and privacy of the data customers trust us with.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced data engineer who builds reliable, well-governed pipelines and cares about data quality and security. You own your data infrastructure end to end and think about reliability, lineage, and governance as core to the job.

You embody what we call Evidence Over Ego — you validate data quality rigorously, trace issues to their true source, and are candid about data limitations. You think in systems and build pipelines designed to last.

This is the right role if you want to build the data foundations that a category-defining company runs on.

THE TEAM

The Salesloft Security and data organization protects and governs the data the company and its customers depend on. Senior Data Engineers build the pipelines and infrastructure behind security analytics and trustworthy internal data, working closely with Security, Analytics, and business teams.

The team Moves as One — data engineering, security, and analytics share ownership of reliable, well-governed data and coordinate directly. And we are relentlessly Customer Inspired: our customers' success is the only scorecard that matters, and well-governed, secure data infrastructure is part of how we protect the company and its customers.

THE SKILL SET

  • Strong experience as a data engineer building and maintaining production data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a major programming language (e.g., Python) used for data engineering.
  • Experience with modern data pipeline and orchestration tooling and cloud data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and governance practices.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
  • Experience building data infrastructure for security analytics or other sensitive-data use cases.
  • Familiarity with streaming data systems (Kafka, Kinesis) and modern warehouse/lakehouse platforms.
  • Exposure to data infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads.
