• Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
• Contribute to React-based    frontend    components.
• Implement automation features to reduce manual processes.
• Write maintainable, well-tested    code.
• Participate in Git-based code reviews and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot system  issues and support production deployments.
• Improve performance and scalability of internal systems

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with web frameworks.
• Experience contributing to React-based applications.
• Experience with API design and databases.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
