Overview:
The Advisor, leads all APLL CLS network initiatives associated with operations management compliance with APLL Labor Management program. This role will develop and manage APLL’s labor management program to achieve labor savings. The advisor will review, evaluate, and analyze data gathered by each CLS site. This role will perform and complete analysis of data, and provide operations management and engineering staff with reports, analytics, and recommendations. The Advisor will also work with CLS management and operations owners and counsel them on action plans and corrective measures.
