Stellenbeschreibung
Die Stelle ist an einem unserer Standorte zu besetzen:
- Du bist vom ersten Tag an ein vollständiges Mitglied in unserem Entwickler-Team.
- Du erlernst das Handwerk eines Software-Entwicklers (m/w/d) von Grund auf und wirst mit Entwicklungswerkzeugen und -methoden sowie Testverfahren vertraut gemacht werden.
- Du lernst Software-Projekte zu planen, durchzuführen und auf Grundlage der Qualitätssicherung zu finalisieren.
- Du unterstützt die KollegInnen in laufenden IT-Projekten auch bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations:
- You will be a full member of our development team from day one.
- You will learn the skills of a software developer from the ground up and will be familiarized with development tools, methods, and testing procedures.
- You will learn how to plan, implement, and finalize software projects based on quality assurance.
- You will support colleagues in ongoing IT projects, including on-site at our customers.
Qualifikationen
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über die Fachhochschulreife, mittlere Reife oder Abitur mit einer großen Affinität und Leidenschaft für die IT.
- Du hast Spaß an IT, analytischem Denken und technischen Zusammenhängen und möchtest gerne programmieren.
- Du begeisterst Dich für eine selbstständige sowie abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit und verfügst über eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Lernbereitschaft.
- Du magst die Arbeit im Team und kannst zielstrebig und selbständig an einem Thema arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir in Wort und Schrift voraus.

- Ideally, you have a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, intermediate school leaving certificate, or high school diploma with a strong affinity and passion for IT.
- You enjoy IT, analytical thinking, and technical contexts, and would like to program.
- You are enthusiastic about independent and varied work and have a high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- You enjoy working in a team and can work on a topic purposefully and independently.
- We require very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
