Job Summary

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Roiback Digital team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns for hotel and hospitality clients across multiple advertising platforms. You will work closely with clients to drive direct bookings, maximize campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure marketing investments deliver strong ROI and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage Paid Media campaigns across a variety of digital advertising platforms.
  • Create, optimize, and monitor campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), DV360, Criteo, and other advertising channels.
  • Manage Search, Display, Video, and other performance marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel and hospitality clients through regular meetings, campaign reviews, and strategic consultations.
  • Provide budget recommendations and investment strategies to help clients achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights and reporting.
  • Optimize key performance metrics, including CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and other campaign KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that enhance client results and maximize commercial performance.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing Paid Media or Performance Marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Experience with additional advertising platforms such as Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV360, and Criteo is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Fluent or professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the travel, hospitality, OTA, hotel chain, bed bank, channel manager, or booking engine sectors would be highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on improving performance through strategic recommendations rather than simply increasing advertising spend.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
