The Role 

As a CAD Designer working for a global provider of integrated industrial and construction services, you will be responsible for designing and developing scaffolding systems for construction and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, load-bearing requirements, and project specifications. The role also involves performing structural analysis, preparing detailed design drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and materials lists, while staying up to date with the latest developments in scaffolding technologies. 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Design scaffolding systems for construction and industrial projects in line with safety and engineering standards. 

• Perform structural analysis to ensure load-bearing capacity and project requirements are met. 

• Prepare design drawings, technical specifications, and calculations using CAD software. 

• Stay updated on scaffolding technologies and incorporate relevant innovations. 

• Prepare materials lists aligned with project specifications and stock availability. 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Your Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 

• Minimum 2 years of relevant scaffolding design experience in the construction industry. 

• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and design tools such as H-Beam and STAAD.Pro. 

• Experience with Autodesk Revit is desirable 

• Experience with
  SCIA, SAP 2000 or Dlubal RSTAB is a big plus.  
• Strong knowledge of international and local building codes, safety standards, and regulations, including Eurocodes and OSHA standards.

Compensation: PhP 50,000 – PhP 75,000
