WE ARE HIRING

REMOTE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Supporting U.S. Home Care Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate caregiver schedules
Fill open shifts
Manage call-offs & coverage
Communicate with clients & caregivers
Handle calls, texts & emails
Update scheduling information
Support daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced English
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience
Excellent organization
Ability to multitask
Reliable internet & computer
Available for evening shifts

PREFERRED SKILLS

Scheduling experience
U.S. customer service experience
Healthcare/Home Care experience
CRM or scheduling software
WellSky experience is a plus

Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Nicaragua Time

Additional hours may be available
