This role will report to the HR Manager and partner closely with hiring managers across Technology, Go-to-Market, HR/Workforce Management, and corporate functions.

This is a hands-on talent acquisition role for someone who is comfortable working across different functions, seniority levels, countries, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands how recruiting works in a multinational environment and can adapt sourcing and hiring practices to different talent markets while maintaining a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

You will manage the recruiting process from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff, while keeping hiring managers informed and ensuring our ATS and recruiting data remain accurate and current.

What You’ll Do

Global Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Technology, Go-to-Market, HR/Workforce Management, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, establish interview processes, and develop realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on the role, location, seniority, and local talent market.
  • Source both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews, assess qualifications against established requirements, and provide clear candidate feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer processes in partnership with the HR Manager and hiring managers.
  • Complete recruiting activities and provide a clear handoff to HR for onboarding and new hire setup.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process and help deliver a strong candidate experience.

Global & Multinational Recruiting

  • Recruit across multiple countries and regions, including North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Understand how recruiting practices, talent availability, compensation expectations, employment considerations, and time zones can differ by market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines in both established and emerging hiring markets.
  • Coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Develop practical sourcing strategies that balance talent quality, location, and cost considerations.

Recruiting Operations & Process

  • Manage candidate activity and workflows in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate candidate records, stage movement, interview feedback, and data hygiene.
  • Create and maintain job postings, candidate outreach, interview plans, and scorecards.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offers, hiring activity, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized recruiting documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company and hiring needs evolve.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Develop compelling candidate outreach and job postings that accurately represent Globalli and the opportunity.
  • Help strengthen Globalli's presence in relevant talent markets and professional communities.
  • Support employee referrals, social sourcing, and other initiatives that expand our talent pipeline.
