Job description

Product Manager_Windsor.ai

We connect marketing data from 300+ sources (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake, ChatGPT, Claude) for 6,000+ customers worldwide. Lean team, real revenue, no fluff.

This is our first Product Manager hire, no team to inherit, no roadmap to plug into. You're building the function from scratch. Some of what you try first won't work. That's expected, not a red flag.

We're not looking for someone's first product job. You've shipped before, more than once, and you know what "good" looks like because you've built it.

What you'll do

  • Decide what gets built and say no to more than you say yes. Windsor has 300+ integrations already live and constant pressure to add "just one more" the job is cutting that list down, not growing it blindly.

  • Turn customer feedback, usage data, and competitive gaps into a short list of things worth doing.

  • Work close enough to engineering to sanity-check your own estimates, not relay someone else's.

  • Use data to decide, even when it's incomplete which it usually will be.

  • Ship. A roadmap nobody ships is a document, not a product function.

What you need

  • Shipped a SaaS product customers actually paid for and used more than once, not a one-off.

  • Comfortable pulling and reading your own data (usage, funnel, retention) without waiting on an analyst.

  • Can cut a long list of good ideas down to the few that matter, and explain what you dropped and why.

  • Real engineering background, or close enough to engineers that you have a genuine gut sense of what's a week of work versus a quarter.

  • Comfortable working async — we're a distributed, mostly-Europe team with no daily standups holding your hand.

Bonus: experience in data integration, analytics, or martech. Familiarity with ETL/APIs. Zero-to-one experience building a function from nothing.

The offer

Competitive pay, on par with a well-funded Series A/B SaaS company, with upside tied to outcomes. Real ownership, you're the first PM here, not the fifth one fighting for scope.
