Job description

About DeepJudge:
Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.

Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.

Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

DeepJudge is growing rapidly across North America, working with some of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams. As our presence in the market continues to expand, we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager, North America to own and develop our field marketing strategy and tactics across the region.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how DeepJudge shows up in the market, from our presence at the industry’s most important conferences to executive experiences, customer programs, partner activations, and highly targeted initiatives to strengthen our positioning in the market.

You’ll own programs from strategy through execution, thinking holistically about the audiences we want to reach, the experiences we create, how we activate across channels, and how each initiative contributes to our broader growth strategy.
You’ll work closely with our commercial team to understand where the biggest opportunities are and translate those into creative, high-impact field programs. You’ll also collaborate with the broader Marketing team to connect field initiatives with our content, product launches, customer stories, partnerships, and integrated campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with creativity and exceptional execution – someone excited by the opportunity to build, experiment, and continuously grow the field marketing function as we scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of target personas, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform campaign planning, messaging and event positioning in the region.

  • Evolve DeepJudge’s North American field strategy and program calendar, aligned with our GTM priorities and growth ambitions.

  • Partner closely with Sales to understand regional priorities, target accounts, active opportunities, and customer relationships, and translate these into impactful field programs.

  • Lead our presence at conferences, developing the strategy and activation around each opportunity from planning through execution and follow-up.

  • Create integrated programs around key market moments, connecting field activities with content, digital activation, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and sales outreach.

  • Develop DeepJudge-hosted experiences including executive dinners, roundtables, customer gathering, workshops, and other creative formats designed for our audience.

  • Build target and account-based programs for priority firms, prospects, and buying committees.

  • Bring our customers into the hard of our field strategy through speaking opportunities, peer-to-peer conversations, customer-led experiences, and advocacy.

  • Collaborate with our strategic partners on joint events, activations, and programs that extend our reach and create value for shared audiences.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Growth, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to bring campaigns and company priorities to life in the North American market.

  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including budgets, agencies, venues, vendors, production, timelines, logistics, and onsite execution.

  • Develop repeatable formats and playbooks that allow successful field programs to scale across markets, audiences, and moments throughout the year.

  • Track and evaluate performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using insights to continuously evolve our approach.

  • Stay close to the market and proactively identify new communities, formats, partnerships, and opportunities for DeepJudge to engage our audience.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry associations, publications and strategic partners to strengthen DeepJudge’s visibility and credibility in the legal tech space and reach a broader audience.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in legal tech is a strong plus.

  • Have owned field programs end-to-end and can demonstrate how your work has contributed to pipeline and business growth.

  • Have experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and understand how field marketing supports complex buying journeys and strategic accounts.

  • Think holistically about field marketing and understand how events, ABM, partners, customers, content, and digital activation can work together.

  • Bring strong commercial judgment and can prioritize opportunities based on audience relevance and potential business impact.

  • Are highly creative and enjoy developing experiences and programs that stand out and genuinely engage an enterprise audience.

  • Are an exceptional project manager who can manage multiple programs, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

  • Are equally comfortable developing a strategy, presenting an idea, briefing a team, negotiating with a vendor, and being onsite making sure everything comes together.

  • Are data-driven and comfortable using CRM and marketing data to understand performance and inform decisions.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and room to experiment.

  • Are an excellent communicator and relationship builder.

  • Are willing to travel across North America.

  • While this position is remote, we strongly prefer candidates located in or working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

What you can look forward to:

  • Shaping the future of a high-impact deep-tech AI startup

  • A fast-paced learning path, where you grow professionally every day

  • Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, fun work environment
