Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Kerr Global Markets, the Global Markets Product & Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for strengthening product knowledge, selling capability, launch readiness, and local marketing execution across Envista markets. The role acts as a link between global Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and local commercial teams to ensure sales representatives, country managers, regional managers, and distributor partners have the tools, training, and support needed to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Pomona, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Pomona in the near future. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Product Expertise & Sales Enablement (35%)

  • Develop and maintain strong product, clinical, competitive, and commercial knowledge across the assigned Kerr and Metrex portfolios.
  • Serve as a first-line product and commercial resource for sales representatives, country managers, regional managers, and distributor teams.
  • Translate product features, clinical evidence, approved claims, and global positioning into practical selling messages and customer value propositions.
  • Provide product, competitive, and sales training to improve local commercial capability and consistency.
  • Develop and deploy practical sales tools, including presentations, competitive comparisons, objection-handling guides, product selection tools, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Capture field feedback, customer insights, and Voice of Customer input and share recommendations with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and other headquarters functions

2. Global-to-Local Marketing & Brand Deployment (30%)

  • Partner with Global Marketing and Product Management to translate global product and brand strategies into locally relevant activation plans.
  • Ensure local teams receive timely product materials, campaign assets, digital content, clinical resources, sales tools, and launch toolkits.
  • Adapt global marketing and sales materials for local customer needs, language, market maturity, competitive conditions, channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support local campaign deployment through distributors, customer meetings, professional education, congresses, digital channels, and promotions.
  • Identify gaps in global materials and work with headquarters teams to create or adapt resources for local commercial execution.

3. Growth, Launches & Market Development (20%)

  • Partner with country and regional leaders to identify product growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, cross-selling opportunities, and priority customer needs.
  • Coordinate product launches across assigned markets, including training, pricing, forecasting, regulatory readiness, supply, channel preparation, and marketing activation.
  • Monitor launch performance, product adoption, and execution quality, and support corrective actions when needed.
  • Support distributor and country business reviews by translating data and market feedback into clear product, marketing, and commercial actions.

4. Commercial Analytics & Cross-Functional Execution (15%)

  • Analyze product, market, sales, and distributor performance to identify opportunities, risks, and execution gaps.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, launch trackers, KPI reporting, forecasts, and business review materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
  • Drive follow-up and accountability on key commercial actions, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, product management, commercial enablement, marketing, business development, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience working directly with sales representatives, customers, distributors, or channel partners.
  • Experience supporting product launches, sales training, marketing campaigns, or commercial projects.
  • Experience operating in a multinational, multi-country, or cross-cultural environment.
  • Ability to learn and communicate a broad, technically complex product portfolio

Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with commercial teams, distributors, clinicians, and headquarters stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how product knowledge, clinical evidence, competitive positioning, and marketing tools support selling.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data and market feedback into practical commercial actions.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in dental, medical devices, healthcare, infection prevention, or life sciences.
  • Prior success in account management, territory sales, or a distributor-facing role.
  • Experience developing or delivering product, competitive, clinical, or sales training.
  • Experience localizing and deploying global marketing campaigns or sales materials.
  • Knowledge of dental restorative, endodontic, rotary, or infection prevention workflows.
  • Fluency in an additional language relevant to Global Markets.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
