AI Solutions Lead (Client-Facing)
Remote | Philippines | Full-Time | ₱240,000/month | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (Australian Business Hours) | Long-Term Remote Role
If you're a high-performing AI builder who thrives on client conversations, AI-enhanced systems, and working with a fast-growing Australian company that values strategic impact over simple task completion — keep reading.
This isn't a role for a "quiet builder" waiting to be handed a brief.
This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you'll lead the conversation, find the real problem, and build the AI system that fixes it — using cutting-edge AI tools to 10x your impact.
Why This Is a Dream Job
You'll be working directly with Superstaffed, part of Remote Workmate — an Australian company with 100+ Filipino professionals placed with Australian and US businesses — building AI agents and AI systems for owner-led companies. Superstaffed:
Champions Innovation: Builds real AI systems — memory, context, and execution — for founders who don't want a chatbot, they want executive function on demand.
Values Your Growth: Gives you direct access to the CEO and a seat in the strategy room before anything gets built — you won't be the quiet one in that conversation.
Respects Your Expertise: Trusts you to diagnose the real bottleneck, challenge assumptions, and propose the system — not just execute a spec someone else wrote.
Builds Stability: Has a track record of placing 100+ Filipino professionals long-term with Australian and US businesses.
You'll get direct access to the CEO, high-visibility client-facing work, and the freedom to lead AI strategy for founders — without being stuck behind a ticket queue.
What You'll Be Owning
This is a core client-facing AI strategy and build role covering discovery, design, and end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems. You aren't just writing prompts; you're diagnosing business bottlenecks, deciding what an agent should own versus what stays human, and shipping systems the client actually uses.
You'll take the lead on:
Discovery & Design Leadership: Leading discovery and design sessions directly with founders and their teams — diagnosing the real bottleneck, mapping the workflow, and walking out with a design the client is excited about.
Fast-Start Agent Delivery: Building agents from the template menu (research, inbox triage, proposal drafting, meeting-to-action, reporting, lead qualification) and getting them live in days, not months.
End-to-End Systems Architecture: Architecting, building, and deploying bigger multi-agent systems and agent-powered internal apps, integrated across CRM, email, calendars, documents, and databases.
Security & Guardrails Ownership: Owning access scopes, secrets, spend limits, and approval gates on every system you ship, so a client can't hurt themselves with the tools you've given them.
Tool Selection & Translation: Choosing the right models, APIs, automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), agent frameworks, and vector stores for each job — and explaining the choice in plain English to a non-technical CEO.
Client Presentation & Pushback: Presenting designs and demos to clients with confidence, and pushing back when a client asks for the wrong thing.
Documentation & Handover: Documenting what you build so the next person (or the next agent) can run it.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Talker and a Builder: You like people, you like problems, and you'd rather lead a discovery call than receive its notes.
Are Confident on Camera: You're professional and well-spoken in English on video with Australian and US business owners — you can hold a room and say "no, here's a better way" to someone who signs the invoice.
Have Real Build Experience: You have 2+ years shipping software, automations, or AI systems that real people used — not tutorials, not toy projects.
Are Fluent with LLM APIs: You're comfortable with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (or equivalent), prompt and context design, tool calling, RAG, and at least one agent framework or automation platform.
Are Hands-On Technically: You're comfortable in Python or TypeScript and on the command line — you read API docs for fun and can stand up a working prototype in an afternoon.
Own Outcomes: You find the API, you find the workaround, you find the answer — and you tell the client what you found.
What Success Looks Like
After 60–90 Days:
Discovery Is Owned: You're running client discovery and design sessions independently, walking out with designs clients are excited about.
Fast-Start Builds Are Routine: You're shipping template-menu agents live within days of a session, not months.
Bigger Builds Are Underway: At least one multi-agent or agent-powered internal app is architected, built, and in deployment.
Trust Is Earned: The CEO relies on your judgment in the room with clients, and clients trust your recommendations without close supervision.
Final Word
If you've ever thought: "I'm the person who should be running this meeting, not taking notes in it — I just want a company that gives me real client access and lets me build the system I design," this is that role.
Let's build long-term success — together.
