About the Role

As a Legal Research Specialist, you will support customers by conducting legal research, managing expert witness search requests, and delivering accurate, timely information. This role combines research, customer service, and order management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping customers find the information they need and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $42,200 - $70,400. 

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $44,500 - $74,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
