About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Technology Consultant Manager to lead client engagements and teams in delivering Oracle technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand business needs, design and implement Oracle solutions, and provide technical guidance across Oracle Cloud and enterprise technologies. You will also lead project delivery, manage client relationships, develop team members, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle technology consulting engagements, including the installation, configuration, administration, development, integration, and support of Oracle products and solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and lead the design and implementation of Oracle solutions aligned with business and strategic objectives.
• Lead teams in technology planning and delivery using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Data Integration, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain client relationships, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for technology improvements and business growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, manage performance, and promote continuous learning and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle technology consulting, enterprise applications, or related technology solutions.
• Strong experience in Oracle technology implementation and support, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and integration.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
• Proven experience leading client engagements, project delivery, strategic technology planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to lead teams and manage project outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or OCI-related domains is an advantage.
