About Out Summer Internship Program

Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.

As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.

The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program).

Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Voice of the Customer Intern to support Veeam’s Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer programs during a 10-week summer internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how customer feedback is collected, analyzed, synthesized, and translated into insights that inform business decisions and customer experience improvements.

In this role, the intern will contribute to projects that strengthen Veeam’s ability to understand customer needs, identify experience drivers, and support action planning based on customer feedback. Potential project areas may include conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data, reviewing open-ended customer feedback, identifying trends and recurring themes, summarizing key insights, supporting Voice of the Customer action plan workstreams, and helping create an inventory of surveys conducted across Veeam to improve visibility, coordination, and governance.

The intern may also help consolidate feedback from multiple sources, maintain project trackers and program documentation, develop stakeholder-ready summaries or presentation materials, and support efforts to connect customer insights to business priorities, customer journey moments, and measurable improvement opportunities. The final project scope will be defined based on current business needs, team priorities, and the intern’s skills and interests.

This role is ideal for a student interested in customer experience, customer insights, research, analytics, or program management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, comfortable working with both data and qualitative feedback, and able to communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.

Through this internship, the intern will gain practical experience in Voice of the Customer programs, survey analysis, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. They will also contribute to work that helps Veeam better understand customer needs and drive customer experience improvements across the organization.

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly and tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong interest in data analysis, including organizing data, identifying trends, and summarizing insights.
  • Comfortable working with both quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to learn about technology, customer experience, and Veeam’s products and markets.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter who is curious, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support project coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities.

The pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Intern Pay Range $20 - $25 USD
