Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s an outstanding legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, encouraging environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work.

Join the team and discover how you can build a lasting impact on the world. This role turns priority major ISVs operating globally and within EMEA, along with cloud ecosystem partners, into practical routes for NVIDIA software adoption. The person leads the partnership at senior management level, drives the commercial agenda, qualifies integration opportunities, coordinates technical and commercial enablement, and runs promote-and-scale motions that attach NVIDIA software to enterprise customer outcomes. The role coordinates closely with AI-native and developer ecosystem teams where partner ecosystems overlap.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and prioritize enterprise ISVs, global ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplace partners where NVIDIA software can become part of the partner platform or customer workload.

  • Own and refine partner account plans with executive owners, target workloads, integration priorities, commercial path, field action, promote-and-scale achievements, and proof-of-value opportunities.

  • Translate global ISV strategy into EMEA execution plans with clear countries, industries, workloads, seller actions, and customer adoption targets.

  •  Coordinate developer relations, AI-native teams, solution architects, product, marketing, field, legal, and partner engineering teams to remove integration blockers and accelerate adoption.

  • Position NVIDIA libraries and frameworks, including CUDA-X, NIM, NeMo, Agent Toolkit, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, Run:ai, Mission Control, and GPU-accelerated data/inference pipelines, into partner products and narratives.

  • Drive co-sell motions through cloud marketplaces, OEM routes, GSIs, solution advisors, and field sellers where appropriate.

  • Refine partner enablement and customer-facing assets that connect NVIDIA software to partner product value and enterprise use cases.

  • Track adoption, pipeline, partner health, support needs, product feedback, customer references, competitive dynamics, and expansion opportunities across the assigned ISV/cloud portfolio.

What we need to see:

  •  BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years in enterprise software partnerships, technical sales, alliances, developer relations, product partnerships, global alliances, or cloud GTM.

  • Experience working directly with ISVs, SaaS platforms, enterprise application providers, global software companies, cloud providers, or cloud marketplace teams.

  • Understanding of enterprise AI workloads, agentic applications, GenAI applications, cloud platforms, marketplaces, APIs, SDKs, and modern software delivery.

  • Strong commercial and operational rigor across partner plans, pipeline reviews, enablement programs, marketplace motions, and executive reporting.

  • Strong ability to qualify opportunities, own partner plans, coordinate collaborators, and connect technical integration to revenue outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with engineers, product leaders, field sellers, executives, and partner teams.

  • Ability to influence across global, regional, product, marketing, partner, and sales teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience launching co-sell motions, marketplace offers, private offers, ISV certification programs, or regional adoption campaigns from global alliances.

  • Background with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Nemotron, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Run:ai, Mission Control, CUDA-X, Triton, TensorRT-LLM, or Dynamo.

  • Experience with app-layer AI companies or enterprise ISVs embedding AI into workflow, efficiency, finance, healthcare, industrial, or retail platforms.

  • Strong EMEA ISV network and evidence of converting partner work into customer adoption and measurable outcomes.
