Buscamos un(a) Full Stack AI Engineer con sólida experiencia en desarrollo de software y experiencia práctica integrando soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial. Queremos una persona con excelente capacidad de resolución de problemas, autonomía y mentalidad de startup, que vea la IA como una herramienta para acelerar el desarrollo sin reemplazar el criterio técnico del ingeniero.



Requisitos

Experiencia requerida

  • 4 a 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo Full Stack.
  • Experiencia sólida en Backend con Python.
  • Experiencia sólida en Frontend con React.
  • Entre 1 y 2+ años trabajando con Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al desarrollo de soluciones.
  • Experiencia práctica con LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Conocimiento y experiencia implementando soluciones con RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA como apoyo durante el ciclo de desarrollo.
