Job Description

  • Support the development and delivery of the Workday roadmap and governance model, based on HR and business priorities.
  • Provide hands-on functional expertise across Workday Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, and Benefits.
  • Partner with the integrations team to define functional requirements and data mappings, complete the required Workday functional configuration, support testing and issue resolution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, HR Operations, and HR COEs to translate requirements into standardized, compliant and scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead Workday projects and enhancements from requirements and impact assessment through configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
  • Provide Workday guidance for complex HR and business initiatives.
  • Share Workday knowledge and best practices across the team to strengthen overall HRIS capability.
  • Coordinate Workday releases and support reporting, functional support, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to deliver solutions, manage risks, and resolve issues.
  • Complete and validate mass data changes using Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), ensuring accuracy and appropriate controls.
  • Design, build and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and team training materials.
