Job Summary:
Client is looking for an experienced PMO professional with 8–10 years of experience in project/program management operations. The candidate should be capable of tracking and coordinating activities across multiple cross-functional teams, including PMO, Finance, Project Managers, FP&A, Controllership, and Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project/program activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Billing, and Project Management teams.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, status reports, and management-level metrics.
• Monitor financials, budgets, forecasts, billing, and project-related financial activities.
• Identify risks, issues, delays, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare weekly/monthly governance reports and support leadership reviews.
• Ensure timely follow-Client and closure of action items across teams.
• Support project governance, planning, resource tracking, and process improvements.
