Enrollment Advisor – Consultative Sales
Role Purpose
Understand each prospective student’s true motivations, connect their passion for music with the right educational program, and guide them toward enrollment through a consultative, strategic, and personalized sales approach.
This role goes beyond selling a course. You will support prospective students as they make an important decision about their artistic development and long-term career goals in music.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
- Work arrangement: 100% remote
- Location: Open to candidates regardless of their city of residence
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Compensation and Employment Terms
- Initial monthly base salary: COP $1,750,000
- Transportation allowance: COP $250,000

- Employment contract: Open-ended employment agreement beginning in the second month
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the education, service, or intangible-product sectors.
- Proven experience using CRM platforms and managing structured sales follow-up processes.
- Ability to uncover prospective students’ needs, motivations, budget, purchasing criteria, and key decision-makers.
- Strong persuasive communication, active listening, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A results-driven sales mindset, resilience when facing rejection, and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
- Genuine commercial drive, a proactive attitude, and an interest in the creative arts, music, or education.
What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned leads, phone calls, chats, and other inbound and outbound sales channels.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospective student’s motivations, needs, budget, and profile.
- Present DNA Music’s educational programs, financing options, and unique value proposition.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle to convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Address objections through active listening, sound commercial judgment, and persuasive communication.
- Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM with discipline, accuracy, full traceability, and timely updates.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to DNA Music’s overall growth.
Role KPIs
- Number of enrollments closed per month.
- Individual sales target attainment.
- Conversion rate from leads and inquiries to completed enrollments.
- Timeliness of follow-up activities and completeness of CRM records.
- Quality of the advisory process and the prospective student experience throughout the sales journey.
