Job description

Workster is recruiting a Head of Product Marketing to lead product marketing for our iGaming portfolio. This is a remote, full-time position with the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, own product positioning across markets, and lead a small, cross-functional team. The role requires a strategic, data-driven product marketing leader with deep understanding of player journeys, acquisition and retention levers, and experience working with product, growth, commercial and creative partners in a regulated gaming environment.

Your Role

  • Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for the iGaming product suite, aligning roadmaps, launches and lifecycle campaigns with business goals

  • Own product positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to multiple regulated markets and player segments

  • Lead and mentor a small product marketing team; set priorities, provide coaching and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

  • Plan and manage product launches end-to-end, coordinating with product management, growth, CRM, creative and legal/compliance to ensure timely, compliant execution

  • Develop go-to-market playbooks, enablement materials and sales/partner resources to drive adoption and commercial outcomes

  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights (player analytics, A/B testing, user research) to shape messaging, feature prioritisation and campaign optimisation

  • Define KPIs for product marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and report on impact to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with regulatory, compliance and responsible gambling teams to ensure all product marketing activity meets local requirements and company policies

  • Represent product marketing in cross-functional forums and contribute to broader product and commercial strategy

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, growth marketing or product management within iGaming, gambling or adjacent digital entertainment sectors

  • Demonstrable track record of launching product features and campaigns that drove measurable acquisition, engagement or revenue impact

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills; comfortable working with data, experimentation frameworks and analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating positioning, sales enablement and consumer-facing copy

  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance constraints in multiple jurisdictions and a commitment to responsible gambling principles

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

  • Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous

  • Eligible to work remotely in the country of employment and able to collaborate across CET-aligned hours

The Offer

  • Remote-first, full-time role with a competitive salary and performance-linked bonus potential

  • Generous annual leave allowance and flexible working arrangements to support work–life balance

  • Professional development budget, training and opportunities to attend industry events and conferences

  • Equipment and home-office allowance to ensure a productive remote working setup

  • Comprehensive benefits package in line with local employment practices where applicable

  • Collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture with regular team events and cross-functional initiatives

  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact function and influence product direction at scale
