Job description

As an Account Coordinator at Likeable, you'll be the engine behind the successful delivery of client projects: keeping timelines on track, deliverables organized, and internal teams aligned. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Creative, Media & Planning, and Community Management to ensure every project moves smoothly from kickoff to completion, while also supporting the client relationship day to day. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, loves checking things off a list, and wants to grow into broader account management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Project Management (majority of role)

  • Own day-to-day project tracking across multiple accounts — timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and outstanding items
  • Coordinate internal and external resources (Creative, Media & Planning, Community Management, client contacts) to keep projects on time, on budget, and on brief
  • Manage workflow across internal and external teams to move projects forward with regular follow-ups on reviews, in-progress tasks, and key decisions and deliverables
  • Maintain organized documentation and asset libraries so the team always has what it needs, when it needs it
  • Develop agendas, recaps, and status updates for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Take ownership of individual projects from ideation through execution, with guidance from Account Management
  • Flag risks, gaps, or conflicts early and help problem-solve solutions before they become issues
  • Support budget/expense tracking for assigned accounts

Client Service (supporting portion of role)

  • Provide day-to-day support on client accounts, helping ensure needs are met and expectations are clear
  • Maintain working knowledge of client brand, preferences, and standards so deliverables consistently meet quality expectations
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, routing feedback and updates in both directions
  • Review and support in the creation of reports from a client-centric perspective
  • Join client calls/meetings to provide status updates and support the Account Manager or serve in an independent dual function on some smaller, project-based clients

COMPETENCIES:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical
  • Problem solver and proactive thinker
  • Team player
  • Multitasker and natural planner
  • Compelling presenter
  • Natural leader
  • Great communicator
  • Strategic thinker
  • Creative thinker
  • Relationship builder

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail — the kind that catches what others miss
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects/deadlines at once
  • Clear, confident communicator — up, down, and across the organization, as well as with clients and partners
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, even-tempered approach under pressure
