Job description

This is a remote position.

Profitroom – Empowering hotels directly

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of Suite – the part of our platform every hotelier meets first and uses every day. Join us to make a significant impact as we enter our next chapter of success. With the backing of MCI Capital, a leading European private equity group, we have accelerated our growth starting in 2024, setting the stage for even greater innovation and market expansion.

About the product area

Suite is our platform layer: the admin panel and the shared foundation – navigation, login and user management, the UI framework, in-product help – that every Profitroom product sits on top of. It is where hoteliers configure their property, manage access and administration, and find the answers they need without leaving the product. Every one of our clients passes through it, and how well it works shapes their entire relationship with Profitroom.

Because the layer is shared, you have users on both sides: hoteliers who work in the product daily, and the product teams who build on top of your components.

Alongside the day-to-day of the platform layer, you will own two of the most visible challenges on our product roadmap.

The first is the client's first experience with us. Getting a hotel live is a moment that sets the tone for everything that follows, and you will design a journey that is faster, simpler and increasingly self-service – so hoteliers can get up and running on their own terms. It is a rare chance to redesign a first impression at scale, with results you can measure directly.

The second is hotel groups. As we grow into larger portfolios, you will build the model that lets a group manage many properties as one business: hierarchy, clusters, portfolio-level configuration, and a navigation experience that feels equally natural for a single boutique hotel and for a chain running dozens. This is genuine product architecture work, not incremental tweaks.

You will do it with real ownership of the area, direct access to hoteliers across 55 countries, and internal teams – Onboarding, Support, Training – who work with your product daily and will tell you exactly what to fix next.

Scope of cooperation

  • Define and maintain the Suite roadmap, translating business goals into a pragmatic, sequenced plan with clear success criteria.
  • Take ownership of the shared platform layer – navigation, UI framework and other common components used by every product team. Set standards, balance competing needs, and make the platform efficient to work in: navigation that helps hoteliers find the right feature fast, measured on real usage rather than opinion.
  • Redesign the onboarding journey: reduce time-to-live from months to weeks, remove manual steps, and deliver a self-service onboarding path for clients who want to move on their own.
  • Shape multi-property capabilities: switching between properties, shared and inherited configuration, bulk changes, and a navigation model that scales from a single hotel to a portfolio of dozens.
  • Improve the Admin experience – invoicing, consent and terms management, and the everyday configuration hoteliers rely on.
  • Drive authentication and access topics: login, SSO, user management and permissions in a multi-tenant environment where security and compliance are not optional.
  • Develop the Support & Knowledge layer: ticketing integration, knowledge base, in-platform contextual help and chatbot, so hoteliers get answers at the point where they are stuck, without leaving the product.
  • Voice of the customer – run continuous discovery with hoteliers together with the UX team, and stay equally close to internal users: Onboarding, Support, and Training/eLearning teams whose daily work depends on this area.
  • Use data and AI-supported analysis to find friction across the platform – from the onboarding funnel to daily navigation – prioritise fixes, and measure the impact of every release.
  • Cooperate with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Customer Success and Training teams as well as with other product teams – keep them aligned on priorities and make sure changes land well operationally, not just technically.

Requirements

Experience we're looking for

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager (or a closely related role such as Product Owner with real discovery and prioritisation ownership).
  • Experience in the hospitality industry – you understand how hotels operate and what hoteliers actually need from a system.
  • A product mindset – you think in terms of user problems and business outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Experience with onboarding, configuration or admin areas of a SaaS product – ideally including work on self-service flows that reduced manual effort.
  • Experience with a SaaS platform serving multiple user types, with awareness of security, performance, consistency of user experience and data handling in a multi-tenant environment.
  • Comfort working with both external users (clients) and internal operational teams, and turning their input into product decisions.
  • Practical use of AI tools for research, user insight generation and rapid prototyping.
  • Strong self-organisation – you can run several stakeholder threads in parallel and prioritise fairly between them without day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to back your recommendations with data.
  • Polish at C1 minimum – Polish is the working language of the tech team – and English at a level that allows you to work with international clients and teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile product development in practice.
  • Strong passion for creating and continuously improving products and services.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with hotel groups or chains, and first-hand understanding of the challenges of managing multiple properties.
  • Experience with information architecture and navigation design for complex platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools (e.g. Zoho) and chatbot implementations.

Benefits

  • Remote-first collaboration model
  • International technology and product projects
  • Flexible project collaboration setup
  • Planned service breaks aligned with contract terms
  • Opportunity to collaborate with experienced product and technology teams
  • Opportunity to access selected knowledge-sharing initiatives
Contract terms: B2B, Monthly compensation range up to 24 100 PLN net per monthdepending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
