Job description

If you are interested in digital marketing, marketing technology, and business operations, we encourage you to apply. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and learning best practices in Marketing Operations. You will gain valuable exposure to the tools, processes, and strategies that drive successful digital marketing programs while developing skills that will support your future career growth.

Internship Details:

  • The internship will begin January 11, 2027.
  • Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
  • Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.
  • Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, to assist with marketing projects and operational processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding campaign performance, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and update digital assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, and website content.
  • Support marketing automation programs and lead nurturing initiatives designed to drive customer engagement.
  • Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to help measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to marketing business process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices.
  • Assist with marketing program analysis and reporting to help evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Gain exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies through hands-on project work.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn how data supports marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and marketing technologies.
