We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to bring clarity and efficiency to our Client Education portfolio as Service Portfolio Analyst in Hungary. What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and optimizing the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency in offerings

  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in the service portfolio, particularly through in-depth analysis in Excel

  • Acting as the key liaison between Sales and Client Education, offering expert guidance during project initiation and portfolio management

  • Conducting financial analysis to ensure cost-effective operations and delivering actionable insights to management

  • Creating standardized, high-quality reports and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

  • Managing external consultancies for ERP-related projects, ensuring smooth execution post-budget approval

  • Driving proactive process improvements across Client Education, collaborating closely with department leads to streamline operations

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high-quality standards in all client interactions

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in client education, clinical research, or relevant fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field preferred

  • Experience in contract management and process optimization is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between teams and act as a mediator when needed

  • Analytical mindset with solid business acumen, able to develop data-driven models and recommendations

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management

  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven track record of improving business processes

  • Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain composure in all situations
