1. Back-to-Back Documentation & Trade Compliance
● Execute seamless cross-border documentation, matching inbound supplier invoices from China, Thailand, and South Korea with outbound client export invoices.
● Prepare and manage clean sets of Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Switch Bills of Lading where required to protect vendor confidentiality.
● Ensure absolute compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and proper HS code classifications without physical cargo inspection.
2. Logistics & Freight Coordination
● Coordinate direct factory-to-destination (drop-shipment) routing or port-to-port cross-docking with freight forwarders.
● Negotiate competitive air and ocean freight rates and secure container allocations directly from supplier origins.
● Monitor real-time transit status, update clients on delivery timelines, and resolve carrier delays or port holds immediately.
3. Zoho System Management
● Manage the entire order lifecycle within Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Bills, and Invoices).
● Update Zoho in real time to reflect shipment milestones, tracking numbers, and actual freight costs for precise profit margin analysis.
● Reconcile vendor accounts and forwarder invoices against Zoho records to ensure clean accounts payable data.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in international trade, import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Good knowledge of export documentation, freight coordination, customs compliance, HS codes, and international shipments.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory/Zoho Books, along with good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
