Cruise Ship - Asst. Bar Operations Manager

CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. 

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

Provide luxury food and beverage service to guests.

Maintain venue readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Manage bar setup, breakdown, equipment, and supplies.

Support inventory, beverage menu development, and special events.

Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, safety, and labor regulations.

Valid STCW and flag-state certifications required for the position.

Proven Head Bartender/Bar Manager experience in a 4-star cruise or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of public health regulations, HACCP, and food & beverage operations.

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum experience requirements: 12 months of previous experience in rank on Cruise Ship 

Substantial experience on large cruise ships with worldwide itinerary.

Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract Duration [4 months +/- 1 months]

Contract Benefit: Competitive salary
