About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at SAPI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability, performance, and security of our systems. You will work independently on most infrastructure and deployment tasks while collaborating closely with development and IT operations teams to automate and streamline our processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and iterations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, including AWS services, ensuring scalability and security
  • Automate manual processes and enhance infrastructure configuration management using tools like Terraform or Pulumi
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on application architecture and system design recommendations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain code quality and infrastructure standards across deployments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Ability to work independently on the majority of infrastructure tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
