About the Role:

CrowdStrike is currently looking for a National Alliance Manager to help us design, build, and implement a successful Partner strategy in the UK region. Success in this position will require: enabling strong, productive relationships at all levels within key partners, strengthening executive relationships, and to create and execute marketing & sales campaigns to accelerate our business opportunities within the Solution Provider ecosystem.

This role requires the candidate to be based within commutable distance of our Reading or London office, with an expectation of 2 days per week on-site.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creation and successful execution of an annual business plan, collaborating with key Solution Provider Partners and stakeholders across CrowdStrike's sales, marketing, engineering, and business development teams.

  • Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with executive leadership at assigned accounts, enabling impactful campaigns, strategic plans, and marketing activities.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess progress, ensure mutual business objectives are being met, and identify action plans to address gaps or capitalise on new opportunities.

  • Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnels of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.

  • Partner with Channel Sales Engineers to develop and execute a technical enablement strategy that aligns with and supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.

  • Facilitate and strengthen engagement between internal sales and technical teams and their partner counterparts to drive collaborative success.

  • Work closely with field marketing to design and execute impactful marketing programmes, events, and campaigns that generate interest and awareness among Solution Provider clients.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike's products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competitive landscape.

What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative enterprise solutions and executing go-to-market strategies with leading Solution Provider Partners, with a minimum of 2 years consistently exceeding revenue targets.

  • Proven experience working with partners across the UK region.

  • A track record of growing and driving a channel programme across the region.

  • A strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach, combining hands-on problem-solving with the ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities and the confidence to influence and engage at senior levels.

  • A motivated, self-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
