  • Follow up with prospects who expressed interest but did not convert initially

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch and optimize lead generation campaigns

  • Support logistics for in-person events or campaigns as needed

  • Share frontline insights to help shape marketing content and campaign strategies

  • Join calls with Account Executives to learn from and support the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar role within an Enterprise SaaS company

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback

  • Enthusiastic about learning, growth, and professional development

  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Copywriting or content development experience

  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.)
